Can guests choose removable jewelry?
Yes. Both permanent and clasp options are available, along with handmade bangles.
How is event pricing determined?
Pricing is tailored to your guest count, jewelry selections, location, and event requirements. Share your details for a personalized proposal.
How much space does the jewelry bar need?
Plan for approximately 6 × 4 feet, with additional room for guests to gather comfortably. We’ll confirm placement with your venue.
How do I begin planning?
Send your event date, location, estimated guest count, and budget. Ginelle will follow up to discuss the experience and availability.
What if it breaks?
Keep your jewelry and contact Ginelle. She’ll assess the piece and discuss repair or reconnection options, including any applicable cost.
Is it safe for travel or MRIs?
For air travel, follow the guidance of airport security staff. For an MRI or medical procedure, tell your care team about your jewelry and follow their removal instructions. A clasp is an option if you prefer easy removal.
What metals do you use?
Choose from sterling silver, 14K gold-filled in classic and rose gold, and solid gold options. Ginelle will guide you through the available chains and materials during your appointment.
How do I take care of my permanent jewelry?
Clean gently with mild soap and water, then dry with a soft cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals and pulling or snagging your chain. Ginelle can advise on care for your chosen metal and gemstones.
Are gemstones and charms included?
They are priced separately at $25–$50 each, so you can personalize your piece.
